The MicroPlus Spirometer will make the additional measurements of PEF and FEV1%. Fully compatible with Micro Medical’s Spida 5 and SpidaXpert spirometry software, an alternative version capable of measuring MMEF/FEV6 can also be orderred.
This spirometer has proven (see bibliography No.1 below) long-term accuracy and reliability together with the endorsement of a British Design Award. Low end-expiratory flows are often seen in COPD and Asthmatic patients. Micro Medical has developed a Gold Standard Transducer to ensure that such measurements are absolutely precise, many other spirometers cannot offer this.
The MicroPlus Spirometer will measure and display on it’s high visibility screen FEV1 and FVC, PEF, FEV1% and can be connected to Spida 5 and SpidaXpert, compatible with all the latest Windows operating systems. Simple to use, lightweight and with over 40,000 units in use around the world this instruments is a market leading spirometer.
